Plum Islands a barrier beach island located off the coast of Newbury and Newburyport in northeastern Massachusetts. Located on the southern end of Plum Island, our beach house is a 3 minute (0.2 mile) walk to the ocean. Explore the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge, it's a wildlife sanctuary encompassing parts of Plum Island. It was established in 1942 primarily to provide feeding, resting, and nesting habitats for migratory birds. Maudslay State Park, Newburyport is a sprawling local treasure features 16 miles of walking trails, fields, water views and 19th century gardens.
