This apartment is located on the second floor accessible by elevator and is composed as follows: at the back, you will find the kitchen directly on your right.
The kitchen is fully equipped allowing you to prepare typical Parisian meals. In the dining room, there is a table and 4 chairs at your disposal.
In the living room, you will find a large sofa, wifi, and cable TV.
There are 2 bedrooms which are each equipped with 1 double bed (1m40).
The bathroom is equipped with a large shower; towels, linens, soap, and shampoo are available for your own personal use!
Disclaimer: There is some maintenance work in the next-door flat until April 2022.

Close to the Eiffel Tower and the Champ de Mars. Grenelle is a perfect place to be, as it offers residents the best views of the monument at all times. But it's not just the tower itself, as Rue de Grenelle is lined with traditional Parisian stores, high-end boutiques, and restaurants. Tons of food lovers travel the world to visit the area and savor the wares of local merchants who serve various types of local and foreign cuisine. So watch out for the long lines because you'll know they are a favorite of the locals.
It's easy to get around Paris on foot by metro. The closest station to my house is La Motte-Picquet Grenelle, which is 55 meters away, or a few minutes walk and is connected to lines 6, 8, and 10.
However, bicycles, cabs, and private rental cars are available for your convenience if you need to get somewhere in Paris quickly.
Note: This is a self-check-in property, you will have to go to a store located 6 minutes away by foot from the apartment to pick the key up. More information on how this will work out will be provided before your stay.
If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at a minimum.
