You will find this newly constructed 5 bedroom, 3 full bath home tucked away in a family friendly neighborhood backing up to the woods. You can feel like you are out in the country, while being close to all the fun and Charleston charm!

A walking trail leading to an observation tower with amazing marsh views can be found in the neighborhood less than 0.25 mile from the driveway. Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island Beaches are only 4 miles away, Downtown Charleston 10 miles, and just 2 miles for shopping at the nearby Mount Pleasant Towne Center. At the end of your day you can enjoy a good book in the quiet of the large back porch rockers, wind down in the hot tub, or enjoy cooking a meal and laughing around the large table with family and/or friends! There's no place like home! So whatever your needs or desires, we would consider it a joy to share a piece of our lives, our home, with you.

Full kitchen with barstools, and large table for combined seating for 16. Six private rooms with beds - 1 King, 4 Queens, 1 single and 2 Queen air mattresses available if needed. Relax in the hot tub which is available for guest use.

Please note: For stays 5 days or longer, we will need to schedule one point in the middle of your stay for us to stop by for a few minutes to feed and check on our saltwater fish.
