On arrival, the digital key did not work and we were locked out of the premises for over an hour. Upon entry into the kitchen area the floor was very sticky and so was the breakfast eating table. The chairs were extremely dirty and pictures have been provided to Verbo as well as the management company. We also found the living area in the basement to have an extremely dirty couch and chairs. They were several lightbulbs that weren’t working, and the night light next to one of the beds was not plugged in and all the wires were exposed, and it could not be plugged in. They were many messages and telephone calls between myself and the management company but this lead to less than full satisfaction. Eventually I contacted.VRBO head office and they tried to help out. Ultimately, it was the management company’s responsibility to remedy the deficiencies. After several days, the management company finally replaced the chairs in the kitchen. That’s what I’m able to replace the couch or chairs in the basement, so we were not comfortable watching TV on that level and it was the only TV set in the unit. On the Friday, when my brother moved in, we discovered in the second bathroom at the wash, hand sink did not have any form of plug which had been removed, and when you used this basin, it leaked through the P-trap connections as it was no plug, connecting the two together.
