Charming 2 Bedroom/1 Bath Cottage on the quiet North End, only a block to the Rod Reel fishing pier and restaurant! Just a short walk(2 blocks) to the Bean Point beach access, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island! Hide away in the lushly landscaped back yard oasis. Or, get out of the sun and relax in the very comfortable screen porch. This pristine vintage Anna Maria cottage is Island living at it's finest. This cute cottage sleeps 6!

Paradise
This beautiful little cottage has everything anyone could possibly want for a great vacation. We stayed for 6 weeks and had the best time we have ever had on AMI. We have been coming to AMI for almost 20 years, but this was definitely the best. It really felt like home. The lanais is a great place to relax during the day or evening. The garden and pool were perfect for spending hours in the glorious Florida sunshine. The location was also wonderful, being so close to the beach and the Rod and Reel Pier. The owner was amazing to deal with. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Matthew for letting us share your little piece of paradise.

Our stay
This was a charming bungalow with a beautiful pool and backyard. The location was in a very nice neighborhood and easy to get around from there. We weren’t able to stay for our original time frame but the host was very gracious and couldn’t have been easier to work with. A true gentleman. For a couple it small family it was perfect! Location location location!
We had a great stay in this little cottage. Beds were a little tight for our family (2 adults, 2 teens) but we were glad we could spread out to the pullout couch. We had a few small issues at check in but Dan was there in a heartbeat taking care of things. We love this part of the island, it's great for walking and riding bikes and we were happy to find a small rental with a fabulous outdoor space in our price range!

Anniversary Weekend
Loved the cottage and Anne Marie Island. Cottage is cute perfect for a couple. Great outdoor space with a heated pool which was perfect as it was chilly while we were there. Great location. Walk or bike to beach, restaurants and shops Our favorite restaurants were The Ugly Grouper awesome grouper tacos.. pizza social awesome taco and AMI pizza..
