This completely updated renovated beach condo on the first floor is conveniently located in the seaside town of Carpinteria, one of California's best kept secrets! This downstairs unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, chefs kitchen with stainless steel appliances, custom designed and stained cabinets, bath has shower and quartz counters, new flooring and all new lighting. Crown moulding throughout and mirrored closet doors. Located on Sandyland Road, the condo is just a rocks throw from Carpinteria's World's Safest Beach. Only a 5-minute walk from downtown shops, great restaurants and Carpinteria's Farmers Market. Fully stocked and welcoming, this unit has everything you'll need to relax and enjoy beach living. Private patio opens up to beach side for great sunrises, sunsets and beach sounds. Complex features 2 heated pools and a jacuzzi, as well as a clubroom and washers/dryers.

We welcome you and your family/friends to our unit, which sleeps 4, with a 2 queen beds in each bedroom. Equipped with what you’ll need for a ‘home away from home’, WiFi, 2 flat-screen TV's with cable.

Listen to the waves, smell the salt air and watch the sunset from the private patio (with gas BBQ) with beach access.

Only 10 minutes North from beautiful Santa Barbara and 15 minutes South to Ventura – an ideal location!

Perfect place to enjoy Carpinteria
Condo is very comfortable, kitchen has everything needed, nicely decorated… And most importantly, so close to the beach! A previous guest indicated a problem with Wi-Fi, but I experienced no difficulties at all. Leigh will address your every need and is very accommodating. I would stay here again!

Great rental in a wonderful location
I enjoyed almost every aspect of this rental - the cleanliness and layout of the property, the well-stocked kitchen, the enclosed patio, the on-site amenities, including pool, hot tub and laundry facilities, the great location one block from the beach and especially the communications with and attention from the owner. The one and only reason I gave this a 4 star instead of a 5 star was the very poor cell phone service I experienced within the unit. I had to go outside to make or receive phone calls, which was annoying. I have AT&T, but a friend who was staying there has Verizon and had a similar experience. Otherwise, this was a wonderful place!

Terrefic Location
The apartment is one block off of the beach, easy walk to Linden and its restaurants and shop in short perfect for a weekend, week or longer. The host is close to the property and very responsive. We had an issue with a pesky cricket and the host was wonderful;y responsive and dealt with it for us.

My best girl friend and I lucked out finding Leigh’s condo in Carpinteria.
Leigh was extremely responsive to our needs. Checkin and out not problems. If in the area again would definitely rent again.
