grande maison familialle au coeur de la Dordogne
Maison de famille au cœur d'une belle propriété et très au calme. Séjour agréable dans cette maison ou nous étions les premiers locataires Abritel. Une belle vue ( sur la vallée et ses magnifiques Salers, et sur le château fort de Carlux) depuis les différentes terrasses accessibles pour les repas. Une position géographique qui rend très accessible la plupart des sites touristiques du Périgord Noir et du Lot mais aussi les commerces à 5 minutes à pieds (en passant pas le petit chemin ombragés par les noyers. Quelques équipement anciens doivent être améliorés pour apporter un meilleur service aux locataires ( la propriétaire a pris en compte nos remarques). 5 personnes y logent agréablement ( le 6ème couchage est moins privatif du fait d'une porte qui ne ferme pas bien). Murs épais et volets pour protéger du soleil, vous vous trouverez bien dans cette maison de campagne de 1882
