If you don't feel like cooking and would like to treat your guests to delicious meals, visit The Crab Shack, Taco Boy, St. James Gate, Snapper Jacks, and more. The Folly Beach Fishing Pier also features a convenient, full-service restaurant with marvelous views of the Atlantic Ocean. Folly Beach - Pavilion Watch - 2E
We stayed here while visiting Charleston. Greatly enjoyed the condo and Folly Beach. Beds were wonderful and we liked everything else. Three bedrooms and 3 baths plus elevator.

Great place to stay at Folly Beach
We really enjoyed our stay at Pavilion Watch #2E. The covered balcony has a view of the ocean just past The Tides hotel's parking lot. That said, it was a quick two-minute walk to the beach and to Center Street where most of the restaurants, bars and shops are. The bedrooms, bathrooms, washer/dryer, and kitchen were fully functional. The AC was great and kept the space well-conditioned. The online description of 2E was very accurate. We would stay here again on our next trip to Folly Beach.

Nice place, some areas need improvement
Overall the property was well maintained, great location to the beach and restaurants. The unit itself was okay, updated kitchen was nice. There are areas that perhaps could be improved upon - area rug is worn and dirty, door frame to deck is filthy with black finger/hand prints, no door stops at all so there are dings/dents in the walls from the door hitting it, bathrooms are decent sized although lighting is minimal, bedding in the master was thin and worn, exposed wires and cables from the tv and wi-fi router is unsightly and can be dangerous

One Final Folly
This was our first time visiting Folly Beach and we absolutely loved it. This location was PERFECT - right across the street from the beach, walking distance to all shops and restaurants and nightlife. The bedrooms had plenty of space. All towels, soap, shampoo was provided. We could have used an extra kitchen towel but we made do. We used Groceries Ahead to arrange for our groceries to be in the unit when we arrived which saved us time! We also arranged beach chairs through Folly Beach Chair company which was so easy and convenient.

Perfect location

Fantastic
The management company are rockstars, especially Blake who came over right when I called for a minor problem. Very attentive hosts and accomodating to what we wanted. Beautiful views and the pool was great. We have stayed in several condos at Pavilion Watch and it was the best all around at this particular one. My family had a blast!

Weekend at Folly
Location is terrific- but right across from the beach and walking distance to all of the surrounding restaurants. Space is pretty nice- everything was clean and nice sized rooms. It is slightly dated but no major problems. Communication with Vacasa was easy and quick. Overall- I’d stay here again

Wonderful Stay
Then unit has elevators and carts to bring groceries and luggage upstairs. That is a big plus. Well equipped spacious and clean apartment. Right across the street from beach access and steps away from restaurants and shops. Vacasa answered out questions immediately. We did not use the pool which was tiny and looked not well kept.

Cute place, Great view
I love how close the place is to both the ocean and all the shops. It was perfectly positioned for seeing the fireworks from our balcony on New Year's Eve. Waking up to ocean views is great and it is walking distance to shops and restaurants!

Great Location
The location was great, we walked to Center Street several times. The view of the ocean from the deck was lovely. The home is showing signs of wear and the kitchen did not have some basic essential items. But overall, our stay was great and we would come back again.

Cozy and comfy condo
The condo had everything we were looking for during a quick getaway. It was super clean and the management was responsive when the AC went out and there was an easy walk down to the beach. Great view from the porch, too.
