20 minutes to downtown Nashville with fenced in yard

Summary:
This property is located close to the interstate so that you can get on a drive and get down to Nashville in a hurry if needed. I didn't do a ton of extras (art on the wall, random decorations, etc) so I could keep the price down and provide people with a good place to stay at a reasonable price. All the beds are MEMORY FOAM. The master bedroom is the only one with a TV besides the living room.

The normal sleeping capacity is 6 but we allow up to a maximum of 8 guests per reservation. We charge an Additional Guest Fee of $15 per person per night for the 7th-8th guest. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. The standard check-in time is at 3 PM Central. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM Central will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM Central. Late check-out requests are subject to availability.
