Attached house in beautiful new residence, collective pool in Lacanau Océan

Very nice attached house on one side, in a new residence with heated outdoor pool (open from the 15th of june until the 15th of september). Terrace opening onto the forest and bike paths not overlooked. Your accommodation includes an entrance, a living room serving as a living room and dining room with equipped kitchen area. A bathroom with toilet on the ground floor. The first floor comprises a corridor, a bathroom with toilet, two bedrooms, one with a double bed 140cm and one with two single beds 90cm and a large terrace offers you a nice view on the forest. A convertible sofa is available in the living room. You can store your bikes and surfboards in a private cellar. The parking is secured by an electric gate and each accommodation has a car park. Wi-Fi. Join the beaches, the ocean, shops less than 1 km away, the first golf course 2 km away, the lake of Lacanau 5km away
Possible noise due to the proximity of the main road and the cycle track. (Ref 02410).

Excellent emplacement à environ 900 m des plages et 2km du golf, au pied de la piste cyclable Nous avons été particulièrement surpris par la qualité de l’ameublement et de la décoration, simple et élégante, avec de l’espace et une impression de sérénité

Sehr schönes überteuertes Ferienhaus, nachts etwas laut
Sehr schönes aber im Juli/August überteuertes Ferienhaus in guter Lage. Zu Fuß zum Strand ca. 8-10 Minuten. Preis ist komplett überteuert. Der übliche Standard eines guten Ferienhauses mit sehr schönem Pool zu einem Preis, für den man beispielsweise in Australien oder Costa Rica die doppelte Zeit an einem traumhaften Strand in einem riesigen Ferienhaus mit großem Garten wohnen kann. Beide Schlafzimmer sind sehr eng. Sehr schöne aber keine Luxusausstattung. Elternschlafzimmer schaut direkt auf den sehr belebten Fahrradweg von Bordeaux zum Strand. Hier fahren auch morgens um vier noch viele Radler mit lauter Musik am offenen Fenster vorbei. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es ok.
