Renovated - 3 BR 2 Bath Tri-level. This fully fenced back yard sports a fire pit and picnic area. Quiet but close to town. Minutes from the Turnbull National Wildlife refuge where hiking and nature are at your fingertips! Only a 5 minute drive to EWU and driving distance to Silverwood theme Park! Take a quick trip to Spokane for some big city shopping and to check out Gonzaga University! Not for those with mobility issues. Bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry are accessible by stairs. I ask all my guests before accepting the reservation what brings them to town and generally who will be staying.

Perfect place for our family to get together for oldest son Doctorate graduation. Enough space for everyone, close to the University, back yard was totally enjoyable!!

Just what we needed
We came to visit with family for a few days but needed more room than our relative's very small 2 bedroom, 1 bath house. We had stayed in a hotel in Cheney before but weren't particularly comfortable; so we decided to try something Different. This house fit the bill perfectly. It is very clean, in a nice neighborhood, has comfortable beds and furniture, a kitchen stocked with all the cooking gear you could ever need and a very responsive hostess. We will definitely stay again! Thanks Jenny

The place was great but the only thing that would have made the stay better was if the neighbors kept their dogs inside more. Unfortunately,They barked A lot but the house was great with Comfortable beds !
