Oak Bluffs Beach Cottage

32 Beach Rd. is a small but cozy cottage conveniently located between Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. The cottage has 3 small bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen along with a living area. It also has a nice deck out and some lounge chairs overlooking the marsh leading to the lagoon. The location is perfect for travelers who didn't bring a vehicle on the island. You can walk to Eastville Beach or catch a bus into downtown Oak Bluffs or Vineyard Haven. This is a perfect place for a family who wants to experience Martha's Vineyard or a couple who wants to have a quick getaway and not break the bank.

There is A/C (two window units, and one 'split' HVAC) which cools the house well, and the internet is spotty but generally functional. The property has a grill, a small deck, and a parking area for two vehicles (shared with an island car and a boat trailer). Recently the island added a bike and pedestrian path between the road and house, and as a result, its right outside the door! We are lucky to have access to this, as it goes from VH to OB and is a great recreation option. Bikes can be rented just up the road.
