Welcome to Wellington, a secluded, magical Santa Rosa villa where dramatic vineyard views take center stage. A relaxing, elegant color scheme is used throughout the villa, making use of off-whites and light-toned woods to create a tranquil environment. The spacious chef's kitchen sits under an A-frame ceiling, where you can whip up a charcuterie board to go along with that bottle of specialty Cabernet from Ledson Winery & Vineyards across the street. The AvantStay team will be more than happy to set up a tasting for you! In your own backyard, the Majestic Hood Mountain provides the perfect backdrop to alfresco meals and s'mores by the firepit. Head to the game room and play a tune on the jukebox, then shimmy over to the pool table, because this may be your best break yet!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Childhood friends getaway.
We had a wonderful time at this home. I would recommend it to most everyone. Great location, check in was smooth, beautiful spacious home with lots to do even on rainy days. The fireplaces provide coziness and comfort. Beds were great! I will provide my constructive criticism, the home needed a bit of attention to detail. When you looked out into the backyard. The hose was old and flung across the property. There were random broken planters and orange cones. It was distracting from the beauty of the walnut tree. Upon arrival all of the pictures in the house were crooked, I had to go through the entire house and straighten the frames prior to our guests arriving. Some of the frames were hung improperly causing the frames to bow away from the artwork. There were things such as paper accordion shades on the window in the bathroom as opposed to actual shades. The toilet paper holder was broken and would come off of the wall when used. The water pressure for the tub in the master would sometimes work and other times not. And there were limited stemmed wine glasses in the kitchen. All in all, we had a wonderful time here. We were all very comfortable and made special memories with childhood friends once again.

Great property - scenic and convenient
Beautifully updated, spacious en-suite bedrooms - perfect for four couples but would support a large family. Kitchen is great for group cooking and sipping wine around the island.

Overall this property was beautiful and we had a great stay; however, many details were overlooked. When we pulled up to the garage, the trash cans outside were overflowing and stinking. Inside the home was stuffy and warm so we turned up the air. Many of the vents were closed so we had to open them up (high ceilings so climbing was involved). Access panels to the AV systems had fallen backward into the access area which we corrected on our own and pinned in place because they wouldn't stay. All the photos were crooked and askew so we fixed that as well. We were staying here with a group for our anniversary so we had to rush around fixing these things before the rest of the group showed up. There were large dark stains on the carpet of one of the bedrooms. The back deck was in really poor condition - not at all as nice as it looks in the photos. The table was rickety, warped, and dirty. There were massive stains on the unkempt deck. The patio furniture was really dirty. There was a random traffic cone and other trash and broken stuff in the backyard. The blinds in the master toilet room were cheap paper and crumpled and askew - like someone fell into them and no on ever bothered to fix them. Finally the pots in the kitchen were cheap, beat up, and rickety too - did not match the designer kitchen description. This place had a ton of problems with the details, but big picture, it's still a beautiful house and the really important things worked - ac, appliances, lights,etc

Sonoma Get Away
This property was perfect for my friends and I as we celebrated the end of the school year. It was incredibly clean and spacious. It was also the perfect jumping off point for exploring the multitude of wineries in the area. Our only disappointment was the fire pit in the back yard. The flame was almost non-existent and the chairs were not appropriate for the space. Beside this, everything else was perfect.

Seminar
Several co-workers and I stayed at Wellington while attending a seminar held at a nearby equine facility. The seminar was wonderful, but very tiring. It was so great to have such a lovely space to come home to at night. There was plenty of room for all of us to have privacy, but also plenty of room that we could eat dinner together and hang out if we wanted. It was absolutely perfect!
