Holiday villa in Altea Hills with private pool and marvelous sea views. The house is constructed in 2 floors. Upstairs: Entrance, dining living room, modern kitchen and toilet. One bedroom with bathroom ensuite. Nice terrace with comfartable furniture and sea views. Inside stairs: Downstairs: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, from the main bedroom you have direct access to the terrace with the pool,extra room for washingmachine and dryer. Airconditioning in the bedrooms(Energy costs according to consumption)).The villa is in a private urbanisation with security. The distance to the next beaches 5-10 minutes by car.

This villa has a super view and is located very high up in the Altea Hills. It is very quiet and offers privacy despite being close to the other villas. It is perfect for up to 4 people. Altea town is about 10 minutes away by car and the next shopping possibility towards Calpe (Mas y Mas) is also less than 10 minutes away. Altea offers good shopping facilities (also shopping for ladies) and has a great market hall and other shops.

Wir haben als Familie mit Jugendlichen eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa verbracht und die schöne Aussicht sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestatt, die Einrichtung sehr wohnlich und der Grundriss gerade für Familien mit größeren Kindern ideal. Aufgrund der Lage ist ein Auto empfehlenswert.
