In a charming Belle Époque villa in Cabourg, this beautiful duplex with terrace will accommodate up to 4 people. Only a 5-min walk away from the beach of Cabourg, close to all stores and restaurants, you will be ideally situated to enjoy a nice stay on the Côte Fleurie (Flowery Coast).

Situated on the 1st floor of the villa (accessible with stairs), in the fan-shaped heart of Cabourg and just a few minutes from the beach, this lovely two-bedroom apartment consists of a beautiful living space of 37 sq. m. Bright and peaceful, this fully renovated duplex apartment includes:
- a sunny terrace, including a table and deckchairs,
- a small, bright bedroom with a double bed,
- a bright little bedroom with a double bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates, dishwasher),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer and ironing equipment,
- TV.

→ A high quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo

INFORMATION: Please note that the stairs are quite steep, so they may not be suitable for very young children, the elderly or people with reduced mobility.

Right in the fan-shaped heart of the Cabourg, you will not lack anything to enjoy a wonderful stay in Normandy. In addition to being close to all the stores and restaurants of the city, you will be just a 5-min walk away from the beach of Cabourg and the casino with its garden: the best place for a nice stroll on the Marcel Proust promenade! You will also be able to find the Halle du Marché covered marketplace at 5 min on foot and the train station at 15 min. Lastly, you will be a 30-min drive away from the cities of Deauville or Caen.

Très bel appartement
Appartement très bien situé, à proximité des commerces et 200m de la plage. Très calme. Dans un beau bâtiment ancien mais l’appartement est très bien refait et moderne. Concierge très aimable, ponctuelle et efficace. Les escaliers ne conviennent pas aux très jeunes enfants mais notre fille de 8 ans n’a eu aucun soucis. La surface est limitée mais tout est bien pensé et fonctionnel, nous y avons passé 2 semaines sans nous sentir à l’étroit.
