This house, located in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, is ideal for 5 vacationers. It offers 3 bedrooms, a shared pool from 01 April to 31 October, a furnished garden and a terrace.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table or outside, in the garden or on the terrace.
The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with toilet and a shower, 1 including a single bed and 1 including 2 single beds. Several bathrooms are available, one with a shower and a toilet and one with a shower.
The house features a washing machine, central heating, ironing equipment, mosquito nets, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner and air conditioning.
Note that tourist tax is included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 50 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 10 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 15 euros per person to be paid on site.
Parking is available nearby the location (some charges may be applied). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 15€ per pet per night. Parties are not allowed.
The pool is accessible for an additional cost at the price of 100€ . One of the showers is currently undergoing refreshing work. it is missing some tiles but it is usable. if it seems difficult to you, you can use the two other bathrooms available in the property. The paint is a little chipped in some rooms, but refreshing work will be carried out soon.
