This villa is located in the resort Marina Pearl. Residential area on the sea with exclusive access only to owners or residents of the villas. It is certainly the most beautiful and quiet around the coast of Pula, ample beach with white sand, clear sea that, given the position is not subject to the presence of algae. Location ideal for a family with children. The communion is developed on seven parallel avenues that all go to the sea, with a single access from the SS 195 at km 40.000 closed by an electric gate. At short distances are essential services such as markets, fishmonger, butcher, newsagent, tobacconist, bars, restaurants and pizzerias, reached on foot through internal roads.

Es war sehr schön
Das Objekt fanden wir vor wie beschrieben. Die gesamte Anlage war durchaus überraschend, viele kleine Häuschen in einer abgeschlossenen Einheit, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Der „Hausstrand“ war super, aber in der Nähe gibt es einen Hammerstrand (Chia) den muss man unbedingt besucht haben. Wir kommen wieder das steht fest! Sardinen ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Beste Grüße an den Verwalter Stefano, seine Tipps sind Gold wert
