About this property

Longère

A crazy charm and a new soft and comfortable decoration. The fine brickwork, sandstone and flint of the facade, as well as the Varengeville tiled roof is typical of the Pays de Caux. The interior of the house has been completely renovated and combines the beautiful structural elements of the past with a current decoration offering comfort, luminosity and softness. The wooden terrace in front of the house blends into a charming fully fenced garden. The house is very quiet and looks at the surrounding fields. It is reached at the end of a small dead end road, where you can park 2 cars behind the house. There is a charging point for electric vehicles.
The village of Varengeville (all shops) is 2 km away and the beach 1 km (you can go there on foot or by bike).
Electricity consumption is charged extra, according to meter readings, and deducted from the deposit.(0,25 Cts le kwh)

We had a lovely stay with our dog and everything was as described. You must go to the next village on the coast where you can buy fresh fish from the fisherman and in the evening watch the sunset from a beach bar.

Longère très bien équipée, environnement bucolique
Nous n'avons vraiment manqué de rien dans cette très jolie propriété située à l'orée du village de Varengeville. Jardins, châteaux et promenades à l'honneur... Nous gardons les Gîtes d'Émilie dans notre carnet d'adresses.

Un excellent séjour à la longère Sainte Marie
La maison est très chaleureuse. Elle dispose de tout les ustensiles et accessoires nécessaires pour un court ou long séjour. De plus la maison est située dans un coin calme, idéal lorsque l’on souhaite se reposer ou bien se retrouver entre amis au risque de faire un peu de bruit mais sans peur de déranger les voisins.
