Conveniently located across the street from the beach on the west end of the island, Sassy Shack is steps away from some of the best sunsets in Charleston. Just right down the road is Folly Beach County Park, Center street and Sunset Cay marina. The Sassy Shack offers the best of both worlds, being so close to the ocean, and a golf cart ride away to the park and entertainment. The newly added private pool is perfect for a dip after the beach. The freshly painted and new decor of the home really accentuates the funky Folly Beach vibe. The cozy kitchen is fully stocked, and ready for low country boils, takeout, and snacks for the beach!

With 4 bedrooms, and room for 8 people, feel free to bring the whole family with you to explore a taste of what the Lowcountry has to offer. Twin beds upstairs off of the main living room are perfect for the kids in the family, while the spacious king bed upstair and 2 more queen rooms makes the perfect shot gun layout of the house.

Excellent location and accommodations
We had an amazing time staying at The Sassy Shack and hope to come back someday! The pool was perfect and the location can’t be beat. So many great artistic features of the furnishings, also made it so special. It has just about everything you need to make great food and drinks. Plenty of towels were provided and it was very clean and organized. Hope very much to return!

Sassy shack
Great location. House is very basic but mattresses were good. Kitchen is mostly one of a kind so if you have favorite knife or tools pack them. Lots of bugs inside. A bit too cool for pool but very pretty.

Sassy Shack it is!
What's not to like...great screened in porch, right across the street to beach, pool to dip, outside shower, walk to town, plenty of sleeping space. never turned on tv. Played games on living room table. used outside grill for fresh fish.
