Nola SE Salem, Nola’s Nirvana“Urban Oasis”

Central Location on a quiet lovely cul de sac.
A lovely comfortable home away from home.
It is my pure pleasure to co-host this property.
This was a first home for the homeowners and it was truly loved and still is as you can see. The floor plan is open (It was remodeled about a decade ago to be a bit more modern) the home includes a lot of the owners personal art and decor from throughout their lives. Bathrooms are newly redone. Bedrooms are cozy, 1 and 2 with queen beds and a 3rd a double bed. Backyard is very private and serene with a small patio and four chairs to relax in. Grocery stores and coffee and restaurants are very close.

Nice quiet and comfy little place
We enjoyed staying here as a small family group that doesn't get to see each other very often. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty and walkable, with parks and some restaurants and cafes near by. Furniture in the home is basic and comfy, and the kitchen has a lot of space and a ton of cooking implements. With two toilets (make sure you check the laundry room closet for the second half-bath!), we were in good shape to accommodate three couples. Little back yard is cute and was lovely to hang out in under the covered porch when thunder storms rolled through! Overall, really great stay and great communication from host. Thank you!

We had many family members visit during our stay including children. The kitchen was perfect for entertaining and the backyard was great for the kids.

Perfect for a family stay
My family stayed here while we were at a week long softball tournament. It was so nice to have space to spread out and a quiet place at the end of chaotic days. The house was exactly as described and everything was communicated perfectly. Thank you!

Wonderful Experience
Equipped nicely and very comfortable beds. Beautiful Kitchen worked well for prepping for the potluck we attended . Overall we could have asked for more.

My name is Angela Jones, I grew up and have lived in Salem for the majority of my life. It is my home and I am so excited to share it with visitors! I have twin boys Max and Sam, who I am currently using my vacation rentals income to help put them both through college! My boys are my world, and I am proud of both of them.
I am also an Arbonne Independent Consultant. Arbonne provides pure, safe and beneficial health and beauty products. Our products are made for those that don't want to use harsh chemicals and want true results in their health and their looks!

As I got closer to having to start paying for my boys college, I decided to launch my vacation rental business with my Downtown Salem Loft. a 2400 sq ft "New York Style Loft" Apartment in the oldest historical building in downtown Salem. I quickly realized this was my nitch, I was great at hosting guests and providing beautiful, affordable lodging in our Capitol City and Greater Willamette Valley and so it began. My vacation rental company is SalemStays. Currently I have 25 vacation rentals in Salem, and 12 in Lincoln City at the Oregon Coast. I love the hospitality business and supplying guests with beautiful, comfortable, and usable spaces to stay in for a much more reasonable price than staying in a hotel.

I love to get to know all my guests and to make new connections. I hope you stay with me if you ever come to Salem OR or the Greater Willamette Valley.

What makes this property unique

The house is located on a nice quiet cul de sac. Backyard is very private and serene with a small patio and four chairs to relax in. Grocery stores and coffee and restaurants are very close. Please be very respectful when you book this property the neighbor wants to shut us down and has a hateful disposition. Do not park in front of any other house and if you have more than 2 cars, one for the driveway and one for directly in front of the house please take the other cars to a different street. She takes photos and calls the police! We have had guest party in the house and disturb the neighbor and she is on the rampage. Thank you!
