7 ft stone walls surround a large courtyard which connect the Guest House and owners home with a beautiful pool between the two homes
The owners respect your privacy but will be available if needed
A light Breakfast upon request for an additional cost
Swimming Pool and Heated Hot Tub available from 10:00am-10:00pm
The guest house has a fully equipped kitchen
The guest house is for 4 ADULTS ONLY
No Pets
No Smoking
No additional friends or parties

This property can be used for a wedding for an additional cost which would be negotiated upon request.
If the property would be used for an event such as a wedding the limit to four staying in the Guest House would still be in effect.
We can provide a tent, flowers and food with excellent florist and wedding planners. Any event like this would take place at the Tank/Pond. The cost of each of these items would be separate from your cost of the Guest House

Beautiful Remote Getaway
This is a beautiful property and pool. High quality finishes in the home. Host was very hospitable and provided yummy snacks. Just 30 minutes to Fredericksburg.

Incredible Luxury!
This property is truly stunning! The accommodations show attention to fine detail and incredible design sense. The hosting is warm, attentive, and artful. From the sound proofing of quality construction, to the pool noodles and towels provided, to the caliber of the en suite luxuries, to the fresh flowers EVERYWHERE, we don't have the words to describe the amazing experience! Even in three days, our awe didn't wane--nor did we make it through the charcuterie treats. We felt the warmth of the most gracious home and hostess. The long weekend was an indescribable blessing.

Luxurious. Host was amazing. The property was amazing. flowers, yard eggs, and fantastic amenities. If you are looking for a place to get away and relax in the Hill Country this place is for you. I will be back.

This Ranch belonged to my husbands parents 40 years ago, we were able to buy it back and built a wonderful home and guest house.
In July of 2020 I started with VRBO. It is a fun project, I hope everyone that comes here feels blessed.

Why they chose this property

This property has a extremely wonderful location! We are 30 min. or less to several Hill Country towns with great shopping, delicious restaurants, wineries and golf.

What makes this property unique

This is a slice of heaven close enough to the hustle bustle of all the towns near by but quiet and peaceful while here...We have beautiful wildlife that is always a treat to see, the Tank/Pond area is A particularly Peaceful place to BBQ and hang out to watch the sun go down!
