Tier 1. Beautifully decorated oceanfront townhouse with all the comforts of home. The unit is fully equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. Outstanding view of the beach and ocean with morning coffee on the balcony and imagine falling asleep every night with the sound of the waves hitting the beach. There are 3 flat screen TVs. One in the living and one in each bedroom. King bed in master bedroom. Full and two twins (trundle bed) in guest bedroom.

Great Location
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at Summerhouse. It’s located a few miles south of St. Augustine. We were there in early May, and the complex was more than half empty. The condo was a beach front end unit, so we had wonderful views. Our only complaint was that on several occasions, the gate wouldn’t open, and I had to go inside the office to ask them to open it. By our last day there, it seemed to be working properly.

Beautifully decorated, this unit has a captivating oceanside view. The office staff are friendly, supportive and responsive to any issues that arise. We have already booked for next year!

The unit is beautifully decorated and spotless. We love the view of the ocean from the oceanfront balcony and the sound of the waves at night. The office staff are friendly and always helpful.
