Bien situé par rapport à la plage, spacieux, fonctionnel. L'arbre à beaucoup poussé en 2 ans, fournissant un ombrage bienvenu. Merci pour les 2 parasols. Les couchages sont à revoir à la baisse. Il est impossible de dormir dans la chambre du bas, ce n'est pas un canapé lit. De plus, le matelas 2 personnes du lit superposé est mort. J'ai dû utiliser matelas une personne au sol. Dommage Le barbecue est très vieillissant.

Prima huis, nieuw, schoon en dicht bij het strand
Het huis is niks mis mee, ruim, nieuw, schoon en goed uitgerust. Maar de omgeving is matig. We hadden er niet veel last van maar het is een nieuwbouwwijk in aanbouw en er is nog niet veel sfeer. De borg van is wat hoog.

Schöne und ruhige Anlage am Rande des Stadtzentrums
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus. Dieses ist modern ausgestattet und befindet sich 10 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto nach 10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus ist ruhig umgeben. Zur Wohnung gehören 2 Stellplätze und die Anlage ist bewacht. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr gut zu bedienen. Die Terrasse ist toll zum Verweilen und Essen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für alle Mitreisenden. Minuspunkte: bei der Preiskategorie hätten wir uns Handtücher und Bettwäsche inklusive gewünscht, wie es wo anders üblich ist. Das hätte uns einen Koffer im Auto erspart. Das Kochgeschirr ist zum Teil defekt gewesen ( keine Henkel mehr am Deckel) und das Geschirr im Schrank war nicht richtig sauber am Anreisetag. Dies sollte durch die Verwaltung besser kontrolliert und ausgetauscht werden. Leider hatten wir ein großes Problem mit unendlich vielen Ameisen in der Wohnung. Diese kamen hinter den Schränken hervor in die Wohnung und befielen alle Lebensmittel, die sich in der Wohnung befunden haben. Die Verwaltung wollte sich darum kümmern und das Problem sollte bei den nachfolgenden Gästen dann behoben sein. Leider auch ein Minuspunkt, dass bei der Preiskategorie kein Gas für den vorhandenen Grill gestellt wird oder vorhanden ist. Daher war dieser führ uns nicht nutzbar. Trotz der Minuspunkte, kann man hier eine gute Zeit verbringen.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub
Tolle Unterkunft. Aktuell wird in der gegend viel Gebaut, der Lärm hielt sich jedoch absolut in grenzen, da hatten wir bei der Ankunft deutlich größere Bedenken. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, gut eingerichtet und eine tolle lage mit unter 10 minuten fussweg zum Strand. Werden bestimmt wieder kommen!
