About this property

Cottage on Our Hill (w/ EV Charger)

The Cottage on Our Hill Lane is 250 ft from the main house, and is 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen and south facing deck with vineyard views. Built new in March 2020, we are located 3 miles from downtown Paso Robles, on gated property, just minutes from West Side Wineries. Guests have breathtaking views of westside vineyards on top of Mountain Springs Canyon in our cottage. If you look forward a quiet / relaxing rural experience please come stay with us soon.
We disinfect before & after each stay for your safety! We cater to 1st responders and traveling medical personnel.
There is a full kitchen, washer dryer, and fully furnish cottage, that sleeps two in the bedroom and two on the queen size sofa bed.
We offer at no additional charge a shared EV Charger Level 2 50amp 240v. Works with all EV vehicles.
We allow Pets for an additional Fee of $25 for small dogs and $50 for large dogs per day.

Motor boating and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.

Birthday Visit - Our second stay
We spent three nights culminating in a Halloween birthday. This followed two days of wine tasting with 5 couples, so the quiet and peacefulness of the cottage was exactly what we needed. Everything was perfect, including the weather. We will be back again. Thanks Kevin and Tedde!

Lovely weekend in wine country
This was our second time staying at Our Place on the Hill, and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely, new, well furnished cottage on a quiet secluded hill with a great view and great access to wineries and downtown Paso. Owners are very responsive and helpful. I’m sure we’ll be back.

Peaceful Bliss in Paso
Absolutely incredible space high in the hills overlooking Daou and several other western wineries in the distance. The space is perfect. The view is perfect. The home is perfectly appointed. The peace and serenity was much needed. We had a beautiful time and will absolutely be back when we return to Paso! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Kevin & Tedde moved to Paso Robles in 2014 with a plan to retire in the area. Both came from the high tech industry in Silicon Valley, San Jose, CA.

Why they chose this property

We have always wanted to retire in a wine region of California and open up a short term rental business on our property. We built the guest cottage brand new in March 2020.

What makes this property unique

If you enjoy a quiete rural setting with spectacular vineyard views, please come stay with us. We are minutes from popular wineries and 3 miles from downtown Paso Robles. What guests enjoy about our place, is it feels very rural and scenic, but still very close to downtown restaurants and bars.
