Great Hockey Weekend in St. Paul
Property was clean and close to everything in St.Paul. Easy walk to Xcel Energy Ctr and CHS Baseball stadium. Beautiful weather in April was certainly a bonus and we took advantage of of the rooftop deck to enjoy it. Highly recommended.

Everything my family needed in downtown St. Paul
My family and I had a great stay at this modern apartment in downtown St. Paul. William and Sakouna were very communicative from the moment we booked and throughout our stay when needed. The check in process was a little more involved than most, but lead to a really seamless contactless entry and integration into the building's modern security system, including access to the garage. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and quite large. Staying there for a week and a half, we were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen offered everything we needed. The building felt really safe, and the gym, top floor lounge and patio were accessible and well maintained. The location was perfect for our needs. It is the financial district, which was a little sleepy while still in covid times, but it is walkable to a lot - weekend farmer's market, a high end grocery store, breweries, bars, restaurants.

Great Building Location, But Terrible Condo Location
We really enjoyed the building location and the condo, but it's located on the first floor of the building and right next to the front door of the building. The building front door slams at all times of the day and night. And, since dogs are allowed in the building, there was barking at all times. The front window of the condo faces the street and there was terrible traffic noise constantly - motorcycles, buses, emergency vehicles, homeless people shouting at each other, etc. Otherwise, it was a nice place and in a nice neighborhood with restaurants, museums, etc.
