Wonderful Xmas COVID Getaway
Nick is a wonderful host that is well deserving of his title Superhost. Very fast at responding to any questions or concerns. The house provided great accommodations and is well laid out where we never felt we were on top of each other. The private trail to the dock and lake provided for quiet time with spectacular views. The game room was just the best! Definitely will plan for Xmas 2021. Thank you Nick!

Wonderful stay
We came for Thanksgiving week and had a great time. The house is exactly as shown -- very spacious and comfortable (the game room is fantastic), and very well appointed. Access is very easy, and communication was excellent. Look forward to coming back when we have a chance!

Beautiful, spavious home but had to cancel stay
Owner was great to work with. Didn't work out for us due to reasons that have since been resolved. Very spacious with many updates.

Both my wife and I grew up in Georgia. We met at the University of Georgia and got married after graduating. We live about 30 minutes away from Nida's Cove and love to spend time there. We also love to spend time with our friends and neighbors and care deeply for our neighborhood and our community.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I always wanted to have a lake house, and this house has a lot of great features and character. I was born and grew up about 30 minutes from this area and have always loved it. When the opportunity came to buy this house, not only did we love the house, we knew another chance would not come along for a long time.

What makes this property unique

Many aspects led us to purchase this house. Aside from loving lake houses, we really liked the neighbors and neighborhood and the privacy. There are far too many aspects to list here, but some of our favorites are the log fireplace, the 2nd story deck, the private balconies for the upstairs rooms, the spacious game room, the unique spaces, and many more.
