This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

Shores of Panama 808 is a beautifully updated 1 bedroom condo located on the 8th floor.

Step into this recently remodeled condo at Shores of Panama and let your vacation begin! The first thing you see is the gourmet kitchen, complete with white cabinetry, granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. It is fully stocked with all of the small appliances and utensils you will need. You can enjoy a home cooked meal at the bar stools at the kitchen island, or take your morning coffee to the balcony and enjoy the ocean views. There is an additional table and chairs for dining or game nights! The open layout leads into the living area, with all NEW decor and beautiful furnishings. There is a large flat- screen TV for your entertainment.

The Master bedroom features a king bed, a large flat screen TV and private bathroom. The private bunk room has custom built bunk beds, a door for privacy, and its own bathroom, making it perfect for families. There is an additional queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. This unit also has its own washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.

Shores of Panama is in the heart of Panama City Beach with a Wal-Mart across the street and great shopping at Pier Park just a few miles away. There are several restaurants in the area, including Pineapple Willy's, Lorrie Morgan's Nashville Chicken, The Wharf (seafood buffet), and Juan Taco.
