Tiny Oasis in the woods with hot tub

This tiny cabin has much more to offer than a normal vacation rental. Whether you spend the day at Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, hiking one of the many trails, or just relaxing in the hot tub overlooking a tranquil waterfall that flows into a fish-filled pond, you’re sure to have fun! The cabin features a well-equipped kitchen with coffee, tea and spices, a crawl in cozy sleeping loft , a large bathroom space and an outdoor paradise. Sip coffee on the patio or make a cocktail and sit by the fire pit. Though it may be little in size, this tiny home has no shortage of amazing amenities that make it a great place to stay while visiting Hot Springs.
We are located in a rural area with a private gate entrance to the property so lots of privacy. Owners do live on property to ensure they are available when needed.
The Time Out cabin is a different vacation experience with an adventurous style of lodging. Due to the tiny cabin size, the sleeping loft is a crawl in limited space area. Please make sure this cabin is for you before booking.

INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV w/ Dish satellite, DVD player and movies, air conditioning, ceiling fan. Also a fan in the loft, bathroom and living room.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Deck, porch, hot tub, patio furniture, outdoor dining, pond, fire pit, fenced yard, charcoal grill, cornhole game
KITCHEN: Well-equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cups, wine glasses, bowls, coffee maker, coffee, tea, sweetner, creamer, silverware, tea kettle, full-sized refrigerator, blender, toaster and spices
GENERAL: Linens/towels, beach towels, books, extended stay, games, hairdryer, hangers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, private entrance

Upon check out, If the hot tub is excessively dirty beyond normal use there will be a $150 cleaning fee to drain and clean.
Absolutely no candles or wax melt warmers allowed. This a fire hazard. $100 fine for breaking rule.

The property was tucked away five miles outside of Hot Springs AR. This little cabin back in the woods was private and tranquil. Away from the city lights and noise. The personal hot tub on the deck was perfect. My wife and I had a wonderful time celebrating our 30 years of marriage.

Tranquility at its finest
Our stay was very peaceful and tranquil! The cabin has several amenities and provisions. We were able to relax in the hot tub, cook or grill, enjoy a movie and play board games. A must stay for anyone looking for isolation not far from hot springs
