Très bon séjour entre amis
Très bon séjour entre amis. Très bon accueil et maison très bien équipée. La maison est très bien située avec plusieurs activités à proximité (canoë,...). La terrasse autour de la piscine mériterait quelques réparations (lates cassées mais rien de méchant). A recommander

Bon séjour mais piscine non utilisable
La maison est très bien agencée, spatieuse et agréable. En revanche, la piscine était un des principaux critères de choix et nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser car verte puis trop dosée en chlore suite au passage du pisciniste qui nous a interdit de s'y baigner sous peine de grave risques de brûlures. Dommageable que ça n'ai pas été indiqué dans l'annonce...

annonce mensongère et pas honnête
Beaucoup de problèmes dans la maison( portes qui ne ferment pas à clés, robinet qui fuit, 1 canapé lit avec un confort très médiocre, le sauna qui fait disjoncté la maison, le tapis de course non utilisable et surtout pas de piscine ni chauffé ni propre donc pas de baignade possible).

Okay but not good value for money
TLDR: - Location: B+ - Amenities: A- - Maintenance of the property: C - Comfort: B- More details: While this property is decently located (close to the shoreline and small town but still need to drive to go to the nicer beaches) and of good size, it is unfortunately not maintained to the standard it should be to be rented out at the price it is rented. There are no major issue that would make you cancel upon arrival but rather a long list of small things to fix: from the fact that there is no real trash can (paper basket size for a 4 BR house?), to no properly functioning faucet (all broken), to most areas around the pool being broken or close to break/ dangerous, to rain water going directly from the roof into the pool because the gutter is broken, to the towels being extremely old and mildewy (we bought a new set of towels ), to the bath not having a shower curtain, to the upstairs toilets and sink not being fixed properly and wobbly, to the bay windows not closing, to the fridge/ BBQs not being properly clean between tenants (lots of left overs in the fridge including alcohol bottles), to etc etc The rental also provides no explanation on the functioning of the house beyond what you are rapidly told the first day. Finally, the swimming pool has no security, which is problematic if you have younger children. This house could be great with a bit of care and maintenance by the owner. Until then, it's not worth the price.

Après un long trajet, très appréciable d’être si chaleureusement accueilli! Merci Cathy!!!! La maison est superbement équipée, au calme et très agréable! Proche de l’océan et ses très nombreuses plages! Toute commodité à proximité. Un séjour à recommander !
