Perfect location!
We loved the condominium. Aside from the air conditioning unit having prolonged issues, the property manager offered us $125 in Dave & Busters gift cards for the problems. Over all great experience! We will be back!

There were a few things that kinda irked me. One of the bathroom’s shower curtain was dirty. There was also strands of hair in the showers and the towels provided. A small portion of the bed had sand on it. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Panhandle Getaways was excellent to work with. Calypso Resort is an excellent property in an excellent location. Condo #1207E is a poorly rated property that is not up to my expectation level for an elite property like Calypdo Towers. The furnishings are very old, very worn, and sparse. We had to purchase several basic small household items i.e. dust pan, pizza pan, pizza cutter, etc. The TV was a problem losing its connection several times every day. We stayed for 5 weeks as we normally do each year. We are long term, regular users of VRBO and this was our most disappointing rental yet. This specific condo does not meet expectations one would have for an elite property like Calypso is!
