King size bed in each bedroom with pillow top mattresses.
Large balcony off master bedroom and living room. Additional private balcony off second bedroom.
Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed for extended stay. All new high end stainless steel appliances, including microwave. Initial coffee and condiments supplied.
All kitchen essentials

Host follows all CDC guidelines for sanitary conditions including vacancy days prior to guest arrival.

- In accordance with the City of Palm Spring a written rental agreement along with a signed "Good Neighbor Brochure" is required prior to the occupancy of this Vacation Rental Property. . (PLEASE REVIEW THE VACATION SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT BELOW)

- HOA Rules and Regulations states that all occupants must be respectful of noise levels at all times. This includes playing loud music or TV's.

- As per Palm Springs Noise Ordinance, quiet hours are from 10PM to 10 AM

- Occupancy Limit: Not to exceed a total of four (4) people

- No events, parties or large gatherings allowed
**If booking months of January-March please message in advance of booking to confirm availability, longer term rentals during this time preferred but not required

Peter was an excellent host and took the time to meet us and give us a tour of the property. Everything was very clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The unit had everything you would need for a short or long-term stay and was the perfect location for pool access. The views were outstanding! The renovated kitchen and bathrooms made this stand out from other similar properties. We would love to stay there again! Very highly recommended. Lots of attention to detail. Peter was very attentive and always answered in a timely manner. Thank you so much for making our holiday a memorable one!

Peter provides a wonderful, well equipped, comfortable refuge just minutes from all the spots you want to go in Palm Springs. The place comes well equipped and accurately described. The complex is quiet and beautifully maintained. No negatives and only positives. We hope to stay again.
