Family gathering in Aggieland
Talk about stocked vacation home! The back fourty was amazing! I utilized many kitchen amenities! Of special interest was the nespresso machine ❤️. We also loved the quiet neighborhood, nearness to the park, the pretty seating under the string lights and the fenced in back yard!

Great family times!
This house was perfect!! The house was very comfortable and felt like home. We really enjoyed the fact that we did not have to pack so much to have an enjoyable stay. Everything from a pack n play to toys for every age was provided. The weather was cold and windy so being outside wasn't ideal. No matter, everyone was easily entertained without the TV. The backyard is very big which was nice for our pet. We would definitely stay there again!

Hi! My husband and I live in College Station and have the opportunity to spend most of our days working with college students through an organization called Impact Retreats for incoming students at A&M and Blinn. We are an adoptive family and now have three kids. We love traveling and learning about other cultures, and meeting new friends. We will most likely spend money on a new game to play together.

Why is it called “Back Forty?” Back Forty is the term to describe the furthest or most remote part of the farm.
Jean Marie's parents, Bill and Charlene, who live in Arkansas, purchased this home. Bill is a retired rice farmer from Nicholson Farms in Cherry Valley, AR. Charlene is a retired math school teacher.
Recently, they expanded part of the “farm” to Texas to be closer to their grandkids. They use it when they visit three of their twelve grandchildren. Plus, “BackForty” sounded more invited on Vrbo than “Nicholson Farms.”

When they aren't here, I use my 15+ years in the hotel/retreat hospitality industry to help ensure other guests feel at home while staying at the BCS Back Forty.

Why they chose this property

We have a high return rate because our guests love that the home is well-stocked, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. We aim to be fully booked with repeat guests and with their referrals because their experience with us is like none other.

What makes this property unique

We think of everything so you don't have to.

We use Southern hospitality to make our family's home away from home YOUR home.

It's a remodeled 1955 home with original hardwood floors, a large fenced backyard, a shaded patio with string lights, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Enjoy the home's amenities in a quiet, developed neighborhood, all while being 2 miles from A&M and the best food and excitement.

We're locals, so it's a priority that guests feel the 5-star care in the details and experience and if anything were to arise, we are able to quickly find a resolution.

This house is a beautiful guest home set up for rentals year-round. You won't feel like you are intruding on anyone's space. It has everything you need, things you forgot, and several things you will enjoy! Guests can arrive as needed using their personalized code to enter the home.

This home provides a space to cook meals, including an air fryer, instant pot, crockpot, and outdoor gas grill. If you prefer not to cook, don't worry; the best delicious foods between Bryan and College Station are nearby.
