Had to contact Vrbo to get check in instructions from the property manager. When I got there the unit was still dirty from the previous user. Owner offered a night next door in a bigger unit. Had to unpack and pack and move the next day. Towel rack in the bathroom wasn't properly installed so it fell off the wall along with my overnight bag, not mirror above the sink, or place to put your toiletries. There is a mirror in the bathroom on the opposite wall but if you use taller than 5'6" you only see your chest. It works but not ideal. Parking was okay as long as no one else was renting the other units. Only 3 can park in the back and 2 could park on the street if one pulls up all the way. I had to park down the street one night because all the parking spots were taken. This was not a terrible place but there are a lot of small annoying things that added up would not make me use this property again.
Nicely updated small space that was cozy and comfortable in a hip section of town. Communication with the owner of the property was poor. We did not get check-in information even after messaging through the rental app, texting, and calling. Only after customer service from the reservation company intervened did we receive instructions.

I moved to San Antonio 17 years ago and fell in love with the city and it’s historical charms. I have been a real estate broker for over 20 years and love every minute of it. My hobbies include kayaking, skydiving, going to festivals, painting, gardening, and my golden retrievers. I love volunteering for good causes around the city and helping out where needed. In 2012 I was able to foster 4 children ages 2 months to 2.5 years old. My philosophy in life is lead by example and be passionate about your life and others will follow.
