Excellent emplacement
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !l'appartement est très bien situé dans la ville à 10 mn à pied du centre pieton;Appartement spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Il me semble judicieux de préciser aux futurs locataires que le garage ( fort appréciable dans ce quartier) est plutôt adapté à des voitures de type citadine. Elodie et sa maman nous ont très bien accueillis, les contacts ont été faciles et sympathiques.

Choqués par l’odeur d’égout,la cuisine et les lits
Bonjour, Le logement était propre et la maman de la propriétaire tout à fait agréable, mais nous avons subi des émanations d’odeurs d’égout depuis une des salles de bains, qui envahissaient parfois les communs. La cuisine n’a probablement pas été refaite depuis 30 ans, nous n’avons jamais pu cuisiner, ce qui est un des gros arguments économiques de recourir à la location d’un logement. La literie était elle aussi extrêmement vieille et tellement dure que nous avons tous 3 très peu dormi et avons souffert du dos. C’est dommage car l’appartement pourrait être parfait. Enfin j’ai trouvé discourtois de recevoir un texto au premier réveil nous donnant des consignes sèches quant au départ! C’est là notre première expérience négative sur Abritel et nous espérons la dernière.

très bon accueil, appartement spacieux très bien aménagé et au calme.. proche de tous les commerces
Appartement spacieux dans une résidence calme, situé à proximité des commerces très bon aménagement des pièces, cuisine .. et surtout très bon accueil... je le recommande vivement.. Lily
