Dès notre arrivée nous avons constaté un énorme tas d'ordures dans un coin du jardin, le barbecue était dégueulasse avec des mégots de cigarettes à l'intérieur, la poubelle d'un des deux wc n'était pas vidée, et donc très sale. À l'intérieur le lave-vaisselle ne marchait pas, le congélateur non plus et le frigo contenait de la nourriture moisie, le four était sale , de plus le lave linge ne marchait pas non plus, il manquait des couettes, certains draps et serviettes étaient sales . Le wifi marchait 5min par jour et la tv s'allumait mais sans image. Pour couronner le tout une énorme fuite d'eau a inondée toute la cuisine, son plafond, et une partie du salon, du coup nous sommes partis un jour avant en urgence.
