A pretty balcony of around 10 square meters, facing east, is equipped with furniture and an electric awning, offering a beautiful dominant view of the street. The apartment has been recently renovated, is very well equipped and benefits from a privileged location: the beach is accessible in less than 300 meters, and the first shops (pharmacy, bakery, newsagents/tobacco) are 550 meters away.
