Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean, comfortable and a relaxing walk or short drive to the beach. The grills and the pool on the property were both great. We enjoyed dining at Andy D's, Juana Pagodas, Hub Stacey's in Pensecola, and UFO Mini Golf and dining at Sidlines in Pensacola Beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time! Condo was very clean and space was perfect for what we needed. Great location and the layout was well designed. We didn’t cook while we were there but definitely could have if we chose to. Small things (like finding ample outlets to plug in baby monitor, phone, sound machines) were also covered and it seems like they really thought of everything. Thanks for sharing your sweet space with us

Perfect set-up for a small family of 5.
This was our second year staying on the property but first year staying in the Villas. We really like the first floor unit and everything functioned well. A short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the shallow calm waters of the sound. We shored our sea doos with anchors and ropes near the fishing pear and would make daily rides to Navarre bridge area. We are already planning our next visit and will use this unit again for sure!
