The view is amazing. There is none better in all of orange beach. Step out onto the private balcony of this charming corner unit for a beautiful direct view of sugar white sands and the Gulf of Mexico.

You will find the living area with comfortable furniture for relaxing. The bedroom has a KING bed. Additional twin bunk beds with safety guard, and a queen sleeper sofa separated by a pocket door for privacy to accommodate other family members.

This is going to be our get away place and more than just a rental.
Quality furnishings include two flat-screen tvs with DVD players, a well equipped updated kitchen with modern counter-tops, and a renovated bathroom with glass enclosed shower, new tile floors and new vanity. In addition, a few vintage furniture pieces add to the charm.

This 36-unit low density complex makes for an easy access to the elevator as well as a spacious beach area. Guests also have access to our locked storage closet located beach side to store your beach items or feel welcome to use our chairs and umbrellas.

In the heart of Orange Beach, our unit is minutes from a wide selection of the best seafood you will find anywhere. After a day of adventure, jet-skiing, parasailing, fishing and other water sports, come home to a beautiful sunset viewed from you private balcony. We hope you enjoy our place as we do.

Great place to relax
Beautiful place that is very well furnished. Wonderful view of the beach from the spacious balcony. It is close to stores and restaurants. Susan communicated all of the info that we needed before we arrived. We had a great time and hope to return.

Rooms with a view!
In spite of the unseasonably cool temps, our unit had the perfect view to take in the ocean and sun on the 5th floor. Very quiet building. This room not is very clean and well equipped. I especially loved the swivel chair in the living room that faces right out to the ocean. The white sand beach is clean and perfect for shell collecting or a daily walk. We started and ended each day on the balcony, watching the sunrise and the sunset. Oh yeah, and the dolphin viewing from the balcony.

Excellent all around
Great location. Excellent view. Cozy stay. And the beach itself is just amazing. We could see the dolphins from the balcony and watched them every morning. Also, Orange Beach is very accessible to Pensacola and surrounding areas. Highly recommend.

Emerald Skye was the first complex, at the beach, that Jim and I visited together.
We enjoyed the low density complex and beach area and visited here on numerous occasions over the years. Jim and I love being near the ocean, so when we begin to consider a purchase, this was a natural consideration for us. And, we love it.

What makes this property unique

When we first walked through that door and continued into the family room, we fell in love with this view - the sounds, the privacy, and that view. We looked at other small condos, but none compared to the unobstructed view we found here.
