About this property

Holiday break, Baltic Sea, sauna, fireplace, view of the backwaters

The holiday home 'Auszeit' is ideal for families and groups of friends and couples and is located in the new, spacious 'Ferienresort am Achterwasser'. Here you can spend a relaxed and carefree holiday in every season.
The living and dining area with the open kitchen is on the ground floor. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area form a perfect unit. A fireplace and a flat-screen TV are available for relaxing evenings. A beautiful bedroom with a double bed and a sauna in the bathroom complete the ground floor.
A second bathroom and two further bedrooms are available on the upper floor. A cot is available for our youngest guests.
On the terrace you can end the evening with a glass of wine and enjoy the unadulterated view of the backwaters.
In addition to the seating set with table and 6 chairs, you will also find 2 loungers and a beach chair (on wheels) in the outdoor area. A parasol also provides a shady spot.
Our house was completed in 2011.
You and your family are ideally on the bike on Usedom on the excellently developed network of cycle paths.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Insgesamt ist das Haus ausreichend für sechs Personen. Allerdings ist die Sitzecke mit zwei Zweisitzern deutlich zu klein für sechs Erwachsene. Wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt wegen der Corona-Beschränkungen vorzeitig beenden. Wir möchten uns auch an dieser Stelle nochmals für die schnelle, unbürokratische und vor allem kulante Regelung bedanken. Wobei uns Herr Krohn durch seine überaus kooperative und angenehme Art besonders in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Der Kontakt vor Anreise war sehr angenehm - freundlich, verbindlich. Der Empfang herzlich und das Haus liegt super und ist perfekt ausgestattet - selbst in der Küche fehlte es an nichts.

Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind genauso wie beschrieben. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Sehr nette Vermieter und Verwalter. Problemloser Ablauf und sehr gute Kommunikation. Wir haben unsere Zeit in diesem Haus sehr genossen und uns sehr gut erholt.

Traumhaft
Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus Auszeit unheimlich wohl gefühlt, die Lage ist absolut traumhaft und kaum zu überbieten. Das Haus ist wunderbar eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Terrasse bietet von morgens bis abends Sonne satt, die Sonnenuntergänge im kuscheligen Strandkorb war großartig. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
