Logement très propre, très bien équipé. Literie excellente. Emplacement proche plages, commerces et marchés. Seul petit bémol : immeuble ancien avec planchers bois. On entend marcher le voisin du dessus. Dans la journée pas de problème mais le soir ou la nuit c’est gênant.

Beau temps, chaleur, marche, visite et plage. Accueil sympathique, équipement au top, proche de tout ( Ville, commerces et plages) et pourtant très calé.

idéalement placé , on peut tout faire à pied : plage , marché, courses en moyenne surface. L'appartement est bien agencé , équipement neuf et de bonne qualité . Arpenter les rues de Royan a été un grand plaisir rempli de souvenirs d'enfance..... Une adresse à garder !
