Great 2 story home located in the heart of Kissimmee area close to Disney, Universal, 24hrs dining restaurants, shopping centers, attractions themes, and much more. Great place for a family vacation, business travelers, group of friends etc. Each room has its own Smart tv, mini fridge.Pets are welcome. Quiet safe small gated community. Great One Night Stay
The house is beautiful! There were a total of 7 bedrooms. All of the rooms had 2 King size beds except 2 rooms had only 1 King bed. Check-in information was not provided until 5 minutes before check-in time of 5pm. Which is late compared to other properties listed on VRBO. My main disappointment was that they charge $30/guest for any guest over 1. We didn't know of this charge until 45 minutes before check-in. The advertisement stated the maximum overnight guest is 16. Usually, you will pay for additional guest over the maximum amount if needed and there will be enough room to sleep the maximum guests (16) overnight comfortably. There is enough room to sleep 24 guest comfortably. Other than that, nice property & I would stay & book again if there wasn't a per guest fee.
