In a prime location right on the beach and marina, a small, exclusive apartment building "zur Mole" was built.
The corner apartment in the 2nd Floor is oriented to the south-west and offers a unique lake view from all windows. Enjoy the panorama of the Baltic Sea from a six-meter wide, fully glazed front wall of the living room, from the large balcony on the side you have a view of life in the marina. The apartment consists of a 28 sqm living room and 2 bedrooms (1X double bed, 1 X 2 beds). The apartment is modern and of high quality for a maximum of 4 people. WiFi is available.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten gingen in der Wohnung nicht, dass haben wir der Agentur im Nachgang mitgeteilt. War jetzt nicht so wild. Ansonsten hatten wir erst Sorge wegen dem Parken, aber das ist unkompliziert mit einer Parkgenehmigung die man beim Einchecken bekommt möglich. Das sollte man in der Wohnungsbeschreibung ruhig erwähnen.

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Das OObjekt ist ausgesprochen schön gelegen, ruhig aber dennoch alles gut erreichbar. Klasse Ausblick durch eine große Fensterfront direkt aufs vor der Tür gelegene Meer. Trotz der vielen bodentiefen Fenster angenehm warme und gut eingerichtete Wohnung.

Schöne Wohnung, fantastischer Ausblick!

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und der Ausblick auf die Mole und die Ostsee ist wohl kaum zu übertreffen. Einzigartig!
 Wir erhielten bei Anreise am Samstag vom Büro die Info über eine zerbrochene Fensterscheibe in der Wohnung. Man bot eine Reparatur am kommenden Montag an. Nachdem wir gesehen haben dass die Scheibe noch eine Einfachverglasung hatte und nur der Innenteil der Scheibe zur Hälfte herausgebrochen war, baten wir um Reparatur erst nach unserer Abreise. 
Von einer Glaserei erhielten wir einen Anruf am Mittwoch. Der Wunsch unsere Abreise erst abzuwarten, wurde akzeptiert.
 Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an Utensilien in der Küche an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Betten waren bequem und hoch genug. Das Sofa hingegen ziemlich niedrig.
 Wir konnten die Woche in der Ferienwohnung sehr genießen und empfehlen diese gerne weiter.
Wünschenswert wären noch Rollos, welche auch abdunkeln, wenigstens in den Schlafzimmern. Die vorhandenen Rollos sind leider komplett lichtdurchlässig. 
Die Bodensteine auf dem Balkon waren vereinzelt wacklig und die Türklingel funktionierte nicht. Letzteres ist bei Bestellungen von Abendessen etwas kompliziert gewesen. Ein Fliegengitter vor der Balkontür würde lästige Mücken in der Wohnung ersparen. Auch eine Sonnenliege auf dem Balkon wäre genial!
 Die drei Kurzzeitparkplätze vor dem Haus wurden häufig von den gleichen Fahrzeugen als Dauerparkplatz genutzt, was ärgerlich ist wenn man mit einer gehbehinderten Person anreist und deshalb permanent im absoluten Halteverbot Kurzparken muss.
 Das sind allerdings bloß kleine Verbesserungswünsche für eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche, wir empfehlen die Wohnung definitiv weiter.
