Apartment 24 m², pretty, accessible on one level, located on the 1st floor with elevator of a quiet residence, with entrance, bedroom (bed 140), shower room/WC, living room with lounge area (pull-out sofa, TV), balcony with beautiful view of the lake, village and mountains, fitted kitchen area (4 hotplates, oven, fridge, extractor, cupboards, etc.), dining area.
Floor: tiles. Individual electric heating. 50 m from the shops and 400 m from the ski lifts.
Private outdoor parking. Ski locker in the basement.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
