This beautiful 1bed/1bath oceanfront surf Villa is located in the gated community of Sawgrass Beach Club and within minutes from fine dining and high-end shopping in Ponte Vedra Beach.
The villa has spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, and it has been completely renovated and carefully decorated for our guests. The condo has a pull-out couch that is easy to accommodate upto 4 guests. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with granite countertops and fully equipped for your stay!
Our property is centrally located and it is 30 minutes away from historic St. Augustine and one hour and 45 minutes from Orlando.

***Community pool is located within a 5 minute drive from the condo.***

***Available for nightly, weekly, and extended monthly stays!***

No more than 4 people in the unit as per HOA rules. (Max Capacity) Tenant must comply with this rule.

The condo had a beautiful view of the sea and a fabulous walking beach. We went boating with friends on the intercoastal waterway, ate fine seafood, and enjoyed lovely weather.

Beach vacation
Wonderful condo, all the necessary amenities, very neat and clean. Fabulous few of the beach from our 2nd floor deck/patio. Enjoyed an extremely relaxing vacation.
