Relax in Temecula/Murrieta

Need to get away and reset? Nestled on the border of Temecula and Murrieta, we are just 5 miles away from the Temecula Wineries and Casino. The Temecula wineries are widely known as the "Napa Valley" of Southern California. Whether it is experiencing the breathtaking views from the hot air balloons, or playing a round of golf on many courses surrounding the area. We are within walking distance to Murrieta Tennis Club.
During your stay we have a property manager onsite to help accommodate you with anything you need or any questions you may have. The host can also be reached by phone.

Thank you for booking our property. We are looking forward to hosting you and your family on DATE.

This is Jason the property manager, I will be helping you throughout your stay and with any questions or concerns you may have about the property.

As of December 21st, 2020 the city council of Murrieta has set fourth new rules and regulations in regards to Airbnb/STR's rental properties. In order for us to stay in compliance with these new regulations we had to make some adjustments to our house rules.

Please review the house manual/rules in the attachment to familiarize yourself with the property. We have a quiet neighborhood so we ask that you respect our neighbors and adhere to the quiet hours; Sun-Thurs at 9pm; Fri-Sat at 10pm.
 
 1)  We have noise monitors and external cameras around the outside premise of the property. If noise monitors detect excessive noise over 45 decibels during quiet hours, there will be an additional fee of $100. If the property manager has to come out and handle a noise complaint, there will be a fee of $300. If the police are called to the house due to noise disturbance, there will be a fee of $500. 

2) (Check-in) 4pm  (Check-out) 11am
Late checkout- after 30mins $75 penalty. After 2 hours you will be charged for an additional base rate without discounts. This does not award you possession of an extra day. 

3) Heated Spa- there will be no charge up to 4 hours daily.
Additional hours; $50 per hour.

4) Quiet hours Sun-Thurs 9pm-7am. Fri-Sat 10pm- 7am.

5) Only registered guest   

6) NO PARTIES.

7) No smoking/illegal drugs in or around the property. ($200 fee)

8) No pets 

9) No eating or drinking in the bedrooms 

10) No shoes in carpeted areas

11) Rinse dishes/pans and place in the dishwasher

12) Turn off lights and AC/Heating when out of the property. Lock all doors when leaving the property.

13) No tampering of Ring/Video cameras outside the property and Noise monitors. ($200 fee)

14) Abide by all lease agreements, city and state laws

15) Parking- 3 vehicles are allowed for this property. You will receive a parking permit upon your arrival from the property manager. 


16) No more than 9 people on the property during day time. Maximum of 8 for overnight stay. More than 10 people will be considered a party and are subject for removal from the property. "Day time hours, per City Ordinance, are 7:00 AM to 10 PM Daily."


17) If you have any concerns or complaints regarding the property please contact our property manager Jason (323-702-3470) so that we may have the opportunity to resolve any issues prior to you contacting airbnb.

 Please reply that you've read, understand and agree to the house rules. Once I get your replied email agreeing to all the house rules. I will email you the access code to the property. Please contact me with any questions or concerns. 

In light of the recent COVID-19 events, I have instructed the house cleaning staff to wipe down (using a disinfectant) all high touch areas of the house including fridge/freezer handles, counter tops, tables, remotes, light switches, handrails, door knobs, etc. Bathroom and kitchens are routinely fully cleaned and disinfected (toilets, sinks, faucets, bath). All towels, sheets and pillowcases are washed with detergent after each guest.

Welcome to the 'Adventure House,' where every day feels like a surprise obstacle course! Trying to enter? Well, good luck with the front door—it's like a puzzle box that's determined to keep you out. Inside, get ready to experience the full spectrum of sensory delights! From the charmingly disgusting carpet that seems to have a life of its own to the avant-garde paint determined to make its grand exit from the walls, chaos reigns supreme. Bathrooms? They feature carpeted floors and sinks that have given up on life. In the kitchen, the pots and pans are coated in layers of grime, and expired leftovers inhabit the cabinets, emitting unpleasant odors. The garbage disposal and sinks don't work properly, causing water to pool. Outdoors, the grill is a fiery spectacle, the pool heater merely decorative, and the outdoor furniture rusted and broken. Brace for surprises like broken glass and nails in the backyard—truly a testament to the 'thrill' of outdoor living. If you seek a home more 'fun' than functional, the 'Adventure House' is for you—where every day is an opportunity to laugh, cry, and wonder how on earth you ended up here.

Great location and Responsive Property Management
The property was perfect for a girls getaway. Close to everything! There were a couple items that needed repair, which the property manager was very responsive to. Also, the cleanliness of the space could have been better. Bathrooms and bedding were all very clean but cobwebs and dust were noticed, as well as some cleanliness around the kitchen area. Weeds and cobwebs around the backyard space, also. We notified the property manager, as it could very well be the cleaning crew that is the problem without their knowledge.

Property was in a great location in Temecula which was close to restaurants and retail stores. Close to all the Golf courses , Pechanga, Rancho California and Cross Creek.

Nice Home
The house itself is very nice. However, it’s not fully stocked with necessities. The pool could also use some updating, it just didn’t look clean. Also, the main TV isn’t a smart TV. We couldn’t watch any sports because there is no cable. Needs a lot of minor repairs and/or upgrades.

Lovely spacious home.
This is a nice place with a ton of space. Has everything you would need. Plenty of beds for 8 adults to comfortably sleep, could easily sleep 10. Kitchen is fully functional and stocked with cooking supplies. Check-in is effortless and communication with the property owners is readily available. Highly recommend this property.
