While set in a quiet, relaxing suburban pocket neighborhood it is also near major shopping and numerous restaurants with easy access to the interstates, airport, Old Town and the Balloon Fiesta.
Unwind and relax in this ground level, comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, designed with all central services in an open concept to create family functionality while providing privacy.
Enjoy your stay in an excellent safe neighborhood, while viewing inspiring sunrises from the patio, a meal cooked on the gas fired BBQ and family fun with a few board games.

While you are enjoying your stay be assured that we are committed to having a clean and disinfected home to protect your health and safety. We also are requiring 2 days between bookings as well as lock box entry into the property upon request. All groups and all people are welcome in our home.

Home away home
After driving more than 3000miles from Canada, we were very happy to be at home like ours in old days. Old house but well kept and good Wi-Fi. Little bit better cleaning and washer problem, good value and lots space.

Nice and comfortable
The property is a great value compared to a hotel. Very clean house. Comfortable beds and plenty of linens. Having a garage and yard are a bonus. Very happy with our stay.

Wonderful cozy convenient accommodation
This place was terrific in every way. It was very clean and nicely furnished with comfortable beds. There was a generous supply of linens and towels, tableware and cooking supplies. The neighborhood was quiet and very convenient, close to grocery stores and easy access to all the fun things Albuquerque has to offer. Linda was very responsive even though the 2 issues we had in our 3 month stay were very minor. We highly recommend this place!( oh, and we could see hot air balloons close by many mornings... ver fun!)

Rented for family members visiting for Christmas
Issues: 1. Garage door opener was not in the drawer next to the frig. 2. Had question about the 2 thermostats. 3. Skylight in master bathroom dripped on the day it rained. 4. The dishwasher was not secured to the counter and tipped forward. 5. The instructions said to call Linda when we arrived. I did call and it went to voicemail. I left my number with questions I had. I was not called back during the 5 day visit. Still have not talked to Linda. The beds were comfortable for family members.
