Great location in town. Updated and well maintained. Huge modern kitchen and living room. Very comfortable and roomy. So much better than being in a cramped hotel. Thank you.

Our family is so excited to be part of this beautiful community in Rye and rent this amazing house full of local history. We love to load up in our RV, pick a direction, and find the history in our travels. Our kids are now both off to college making their own history and renting this amazing house out for you to enjoy is a great next adventure for us.

Why they chose this property

We love the history of this house. It was built in the 1920's as The Wilson Hotel. It was used in the 50's as a medical treatment center for people with tuberculosis - the high altitude and cool air was a great fit to help people heal. This house was the mayor's house at one point. Then it was a hotel again, a family home, and then back to a rental. We love being the next part of it's history!

What makes this property unique

This beautiful home has been maintained, updated, and is in an amazing location on Main Street. There is a great wrap around front porch and a huge fenced backyard to sit and enjoy the outside, stars, nature,...
