Location
The picturesque Rettenberg (806 m above sea level) is located in the middle of Allgäu (in Bavaria) at the foot of the Grünten. Local festivals guarantee a good time, two breweries and an Alpine dairy belong to the village. A multitude of sports offers something for everybody, summer and winter. Kids are also well taken care of.
Other Activities: Cross country and Alpine skiing, sleddin, miniature golf
Ski: The Grünten offers nearby downhill skiing with 13 lifts at altitudes of up to 1738 m. Alternatives include 34 km of cross country trails, sledding, curling and skating. The Nebelhorn (20 km) and the Kleinwalsertal (35 km) can be reached quickly and easily for high alpine fans.
