Enjoy the tranquility of this large country estate in the hills of the coast line. Built in 2000, the house offers all the amenities of a modern architecture and refreshing coolness in hot days.
The house is built over two levels with atelierartigem character. Upstairs you will find the gallery with an open dining area, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes and a comfortable bath. From here you have the elevated position of the property a fantastic view over large parts of the coast, often up to the African Atlas Mountains. Depending on the season invites the large garden to pick oranges, tangerines, pomegranates, lemons or almonds.
All faucets in the house donate fresh spring water.
The rooms on the ground floor, the ceiling height ranges over two floors and creates a special atmosphere in the warm Andalusian light. Digital satellite TV in living room and the second bedroom brings information in German and other languages ​​into the house. The fireplace in the living room is ready for use. The walk-in shower room on the ground floor offers refreshment after Sonennbad on one of the terraces.
The carport is your vehicle sufficiently protective.

Schönes Haus für einen erholsamen Urlaub in toller Gegend.
Schönes Haus mit großem, gepflegtem Garten und herrlichem Blick zum Meer. Die Umgebung lädt zum Entspannen ein! Das Haus ist geräumig und geschmackvoll, mit vielen Design Möbeln und Leuchten, eingerichtet. Die Internetverbindung arbeitet stabil und schnell. Der Garten ist schön eingewachsen, sodass man unter den hohen Kiefern vor dem Haus jederzeit auch ein schattiges Plätzchen findet. Im hinteren Bereich sind unterschiedliche Obstbäume, an denen, mit Glück, reife Früchte zum Pflücken bereit sind. In 5 Minuten ist man an der Autobahn, ohne sie zu hören. Alles was man hört sind Vögel und gelegentlich das Bellen des Nachbarhundes. Der Empfang durch Herrn Vögtli war perfekt! Er und der Besitzer Herr Schön standen für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Man erhält schon vor der Anreise eine ausführliche Beschreibung der nahen und weiten Umgebung mit Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Hidden Gem Near Estepona
We spent two fabulous weeks here and enjoyed the area and the house immensely. The welcome was warm with a tour of the house and garden. We were encouraged to pick and eat the grapes, figs, almonds and citrus fruits as they ripen. Such a treat. The local beaches are great with many having sun beds and bars. Estepona town is very close and is lovely. Nice beaches and a lot of restaurants, bars and shops. All in all we had a fantastic two weeks based in this lovely house.

Highly recommended
We had a 3 week vacation staying in this rental. We are in our 70s and traveled from Michigan. The house was just as advertised with the bonus of having a lovely landscaped yard, rose garden and fruit trees. The view was spectacular of the Mediterranean Sea, the location was close to beaches, grocery stores, dining and road trips to Seville, Ronda and Gibraltar. We didn’t want a high rise apartment building but a home away from home. Would suggest this to anyone traveling to southern Spain.

This home and garden were wonderful!!!
I would highly recommended this home to anyone interested in traveling to Estepona. The home and views were amazing. We ate breakfast in the garden every morning and dinner on the patio in the evening. I couldn’t imagine a better location. We were close to beaches and town. We hope to return in the future.
