Cocoa Wedding Get-away
Visited Cocoa for my nephew's wedding. Lettye was great. Personally called prior to our arrival and texted late week to check in. Very responsive. Location was very nice and right on beach. View of ocean from balcony was beautiful in the AM. Building/Condo was very clean and nice. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. I enjoyed walking the beach daily. About a 45 min walk down to Ron Jon and everything to offer down in that area. Watched the Falcon 9 launch one night from the beach. Very cool! Would visit again.

Superb condo
We enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated beach condo. The view from the seventh floor is amazing and the balcony has comfortable chairs. The kitchen was fully equipped for our needs and the king bed provided great nights sleep. We do hope to return for a longer stay.

Sandcastle! Our beach home away from home.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Sandcastle condo. Plenty of room for the family. The condo was nicely appointed and has a good view of the ocean from the patio. Pool and hot tub area were nice and the beach was awesome. This condo has beach toys, chairs etc in the hall closet so don’t worry about bringing your own. Our host Lettye was great to work with. We will be back next year!
